Refund policy

Since we are delivering plants and products straight from our greenhouse to your door, we assure that you are receiving the best quality we have to offer. 

Plants: We do not offer a refund on plants. We keep plants in our greenhouses for a couple of weeks prior to selling so that we can assure your plants are pest free, fungus free, and there is no root rot. However, plants will be plants and will not acclimate to all environments. For reference, our greenhouses sit at 80 degrees and 75% humidity.
