Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding delivery, inventory and restocks. We've included our general responses to help clarify. If you have any additional questions, please reach out and we'll get back to you shortly!

Delivery Logistics

Where do you deliver?
We currently offer free delivery to the 5 boroughs on any order $40+. The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island deliveries are scheduled on Tuesday's. Manhattan deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday's and Friday's. Any order under $40 has a $5 fee. 

How does drop-off work?
It is preferred that someone is available to receive the delivery. Since these are live plants we don't want them out waiting in the cold or unpredictable weather to do any damage so that you are receiving the healthiest plants possible. We are flexible so don't hesitate to reach out with any specifics for delivery in terms of timing!

*COVID PROTOCOL: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all deliveries will be contactless and delivered to your front door.

What is your weekly delivery schedule?

  • Orders placed for the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island will be delivered on the next upcoming Tuesday. 
  • Orders placed in Manhattan will be delivered on the next available Tuesday or Friday. 
  • Local UES deliveries will be scheduled within 48 hours. You will receive an update on timing once your order is placed.
  • You’ll receive a text notification when your delivery is en route

When will my delivery be today?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific time, but once your delivery is on its way you will receive a text notification from a driver. We will also confirm a delivery timeframe upon confirmation of your order. 

Inventory + Restocks

How often do you update inventory?

We source plants through a couple of different ways: tri-state greenhouse + nursery searches, wholesale ordering, importing, and more - so our updates and inventory will vary each week.

We usually have at least one online restock a week, but follow along through our Instagram @LivingWithGreenNYC for the latest updates! New in store inventory will be out on the floor primarily on Wednesday's. 

Do you have a certain plant in stock?

What you see online is mostly what we have in store, but definitely give us a call (646-559-2803) if you are not seeing what you are looking for. We update inventory weekly and will share updates and restocks primarily through our Instagram @LivingWithGreenNYC. If you'd like to request a certain type of plant or accessory, please leave that feedback on our Wishlist page.

Additional FAQs

Repotting - We offer repotting in store. If you purchase a plant or pot it is included in the price. If you bring in your own plant and pot a small charge will be incurred. 4"-6" pots will cost $5. 8"-12" pots costs $10.
